Mandatory Identification Documents

Extra Usage of Vehicle
If you intend to use the vehicle provided by Taj Tours and Travel for extra hours or beyond the agreed-upon itinerary, additional charges may apply. These charges will be communicated to you, and you are expected to comply with the payment terms.
Force Majeure
Taj Tours and Travel shall not be held liable or responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations of services that result from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or any other force majeure event.
Jurisdiction Clause
Any disputes or legal matters arising from the tour/travel services and bookings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts in the area where Taj Tours and Travel is based.
